So apprently Hasbro went and edited the iTunes version of the My Little Pony episode "The Last Roundup" to take out Derpy's name and make her voice a bit less offensive sounding. Naturally the bronies are pissed, and it looks like they're trying to gear up a massive ~internet attack~ against you. Talk about hateboners.

Yeah, I figured something like that had happened when I started getting all the “I hope you’re happy for ruining my life!!”  and “I HoPe BiRds EaT YouR EyEbAlls!!!” comments.  Here’s just one cute example:

That’s fine, I’m ok with being the fandom’s source for venting.  I feel like their personal support group at this point. Release your anger, bronies.  Now take a deep breath, and remember what the cute little ponies taught you about love and tolerance.

I’m not sure what confuses me more, the fact that they think I am singularly responsible for a huge corporation’s decision, or how they seem to think that throwing massive tantrums on my Deviantart profile will change anything… it’s just making the entire fanbase look like a bunch of petulant children.  I’m getting second-hand embarrassment on their behalf. I’m sure Lauren Faust is, too.
