What's Tumblr Savior? I have PSE so this may help. :)
If you google it, you will find links to install it on your browser (I use Chrome so I downloaded it from the Chrome extension link.)
It lets you block posts that have certain words in them. You can set it to notify you when stuff is blocked, or just not show the post at all. Very useful. =)
