I had a little too much fun with this… Now imagining some amazing class for kids where ponies are used to teach them about different sexualities and gender fluidity/identity.
Batmare is done! She really was a learning experience. For example, I learned not to try to soften ponies in the microwave. Her other side of her face is a little… melted. But her hair covers it, so it’s all good. T_T I also broke her mask several times trying to shove her head back onto the body (hence the microwave mishap.) I’ll definitely need to find another method before attempting a custom like this again.
And my three new ponies I almost finished tonight are Midnight Devilwitch Bling Bling (my Mary Sue DONUT STEEL), Sister Mare, and Octavia. They’re all bald because I don’t feel like rehairing right now, and I have no idea how to do Sister Mare’s wimple. I’m also not sure how I’ll go about doing MDBB’s bling… but she sure looks naked without it. I’ll probably sculpt that and Octavia’s bow later this week.
Octavia is by far my favorite background pony.
I was up all night finishing that Womanthology page. The file I’m working on is SO HUGE and has SO MANY LAYERS that it takes between 8-10 minutes for the file to even save.
Around 8am I drew this in a tired delirium while waiting for the file to save. I kind of messed up Octavia’s eye so it looks like she’s got bags- I also didn’t draw her treble clef cutie mark because I was too tired to bother looking up how to draw a treble clef. -_-
Now that I’ve had 4 hours of sleep, time to get back to work on tomorrow’s Sister Claire page. When this week from hell is over, I might go buy some ponies to reward myself for not dying. I wish I had that Luna and Celestia set. T_T They don’t sell them in the UK.
On my custom icon MLP:FiM dashboard, I put Vinyl Scratch and Octavia next to each other because they’re both music programs I ship them.
